Lifeguard Holic is a spiritual successor to the acclaimed game "NTRaholic".
Ryouma, the cousin of the infamous landlord Ryunosuke, was once the captain of his collegiate swimming team.
His promising athletic career, however, was halted due to a serious injury.
But luck soon came Ryouma's way... After beating a local businessman in a gambling match,
he won the rights to a swimming pool and is now able to put his skills to use by working as the lifeguard there.

Ryouma's job is to manage the pool while utilizing his impressive physique,
and stamina to satisfy the lonely hearts and bodies of shy,
innocent college babes like Mizuhara Aoi.
