Satoshi Big Weekend Part 2

Satoshi is at a loss. After that terrible swinging night, Mary seems to be interested in hanging out with Kendo above all else, while his relationship with Shizuka has been diminished to that of just acquaintances. It appears that he's doomed to fade out in the background, forgotten by both women who he once hoped to have for himself...
But wait! What's this? Both Kendo and Arato have had to leave the resort for an indefinite amount of time. Without them in the way, he might be able to reclaim Mary, and perhaps even get Shizuka to notice him!
...However, Satoshi is still Satoshi. As the days pass, Mary simply grows more and more frustrated, unable to be satisfied by her boyfriend anymore. In desperation, she confesses her gripes to Shizuka... who's going through the same issues, and might have a solution to their problems.
For Arato left behind a certain 'medicine', one that he was far too proud to ever use himself. Because why would he need to enhance himself in any way?
This 'medicine' gives Satoshi a way to make his virility skyrocket! A weapon to finally show his worth to the two women that he desires the most! To become the true King of Summer and take back what's his!
