You are Ray Nochi, a former fixer who, at your uncle's invitation, lies low back home and suddenly finds himself running a forgotten hospital. From day one, debts pile up, equipment is broken, and nurse Mari never misses a chance to tease you, all while a strange pain nags at your chest.
This is a nonlinear visual novel with an open world and life-sim/management elements: explore the island, get the hospital back on its feet, upgrade your home, earn money, and—if you dare—try to build a life with the unpredictable guest with the shark tail. Your choices, dialogue tone, and progression directly change scenes, available options, and even the story's pace.
