You play as Frank, the main character, who has been imprisoned for 18 years.
Suddenly he is released for reasons unknown. A lot has changed in that time.
The city has been under the influence of one man. Gangs are running rampant on the streets of the city.
They distribute a new synthetic drug called Mirage.
Prostitutes don't smile when you meet them. The local traffickers pay others.
You should just get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and live alone.
But our hero is not like that. He is used to being the best at everything.
If he doesn't have anything, he will take it from others.
And it's better not to get in his way.
